Made up of the employee organizations AFSCME, Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE), Montana State Council of Professional Firefighters (MSCOPFF), and the Montana AFL-CIO, Montana’s promise is dedicated to protecting and strengthening retirement benefits for public employees.

From fire fighters, to healthcare workers, to teachers, to sanitation workers, we keep our communities safe, healthy and thriving. Montana made a promise to us, and we need our leaders to keep that promise. Our current public pension system ensures that public employees who have dedicated their careers and their lives to Montana have a secure and dignified retirement at the end of their service.

Montanans keep their word—and we must keep our word to those who have served Montana so well for so long.
